Contacted corporate Jackson Hewitt and was told that this was "franchise owned" and there was nothing they could do. I will do everything I can to make sure that no one I know in Green Bay goes to Jackson Hewitt. They do not know what they are doing and hire anyone off the street to do your taxes. If I am paying $317 then I am hoping the so called tax professional knows more than I do about preparing taxes.

Then she changed her mind and told me I needed a single document from my employer stating my overtime, which my employer could not provide. They told me to just add up the overtime myself. I told Jenny this. She then flat out told me that she will not claim my overtime unless I gave her a single document from my employer stating my overtime, and my pay stubs were not acceptable. She then told me I will not get a deduction from my overtime. Using FreetaxUSA all I had to do was insert a dollar amount for my overtime.
