Came in to file my 2011 taxes. My appointment was for 3:00. At 3:15 I was still sitting in the waiting room. When I finally sat down two things happened; they did not have the program TPS11 to do taxes from 2011 so Gail got IT support to download the program. Great! But in the cubicle next to me a man was extremely upset that has card had a hold on it because of him withdrawing $3,000 from the bank. After this man left I overheard a group of employees talking about how rude and unpleasant a customer he had been. Back to Gail. 45 minutes had passed and when I thought everything had been downloaded she proceeded to talk about beach parties and her nephews in the Navy to the IT support. She had no regard to me as a customer who had been sitting in front of her for nearly an hour. So I got up and walked out. Terrible experience as a whole. Will not be coming back ever read more
