During the year, important things come up like: -changing employers and needing tax advice -end of year questions to help lower your taxable base -questions which require a time sensitive response -compensation package changes which cause RSU changes, and needing to know the answer, but chances are you'll be unable to get a response from the accountant about the question If you experience or "may experience" any of the above, this is Not the firm for you. You will be frustrated and may make costly mistakes because you can't reach your accountant with questions. You will be stressed out because your open window is closing and you can't reach your accountant. If you are accustomed to submitting information using a secure portal, the software Levy uses is glitchy and they do not know how to troubleshoot issues.
