The receptionists have always been a bit on the crusty side but they have gotten worse. It takes multiple phone calls over several months to get help with questions from previous years fillings. Everyone I have recommended to go there has noticed a change as well and are not happy. They have also found other tax professionals that are less expensive and more willing to help. I have heard certain accountants talk down and very disrespectful to clients, especially Darlene. I have also been talked to as if I couldn't comprehend what they were saying. I will never be back due to the disrespect I have had thrown at me and the disrespect I have witnessed other people go through.
