On top of her lack of communication she e-filed them on 8/22 which was way past the due date. Upon asking for answers her answer is I don't control the post office and i can teach you how to mail a document. We luckily for us we do know how to mail documents. And Of course you don't control the post office but you control your office and procedures done at your office. Obviously DOESN'T care. If you are Latino do not go to someone that takes advantage of their own race and not suffice knowledge in the business of Taxes. It wasn't just the lack of communication and job not done; our paper work was done completely wrong. She ignored our new home purchase documents etc and completed everything incorrectly. Instead of filing our paper work married she put us as single and different addresses. When we asked for further answers and a refund the owner became defensive. Is better to admit you made and error than be entitled. We do have documentation of all above sent to her. Her employees nor her even apologized for completely dropping the ball on our taxes. We submitted to file in July and she submitted and efile that was rejected on 8/22/2020. I write this review to encourage everyone to do your research, learn to do your taxes don't just trust someone. I'm upset but I also know when you do things incorrect and aren't a good individual you eventually pay for your actions. Time and the IRS will take care of her business and her. If her and her business have done damage don't be afraid to report them and speak up. Their is enough bad things going on in the world to let someone that doesn't care for you just Money do bad things and then not take responsibility.
