She was friendly, professional, and helpful. I went back the next day with my daughter. This was her first time to file and she was amazed at how easy it was. But the lack of sympathy and the coldness she displayed, it really showed in our exchange while at this location. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone. Also, we left to discuss things and returned later the same day with surprise as if our business was not even wanted. She also made us feel as if our returning was an inconvenience (although she had no more appointments). She also proceeded to tell her coworkers at the front desk in front of other customers that we left to try and find a "cheaper tax place" when we simply stated to her we had some things to discuss. If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is awful. Avoid if you can.
