I've been an HR Block customer for more years than I can remember. The company has tanked! I pulled out this year after pretty much being told I can't deduct something anymore because of trump. When I called to discuss it, rep had no problem crediting my charges and letting me go. Pathetic! read more

We had a appointment for filing 2016 taxes today 02/17/17 with Mrs. Dixie Thrasher, EA, Master Tax Advisor, Enrolled Agent, at 1:00 pm and she called us 30 minutes before the appointment! She has Excellent Customer Service and she is a expert at what she does. She explained everything in detail and she listened to all our questions and answered them gladly! She also gave us advice about what to do so that next year we could receive a refund! She is very humane and friendly! We (my wife, Tere Pizarro and me) give thanks to God and the Virgin Mary for giving us the pleasure to meet this Excellent Master Tax Advisor Enrolled Agent! We will recommend this place without hesitation! In our opinion this is the best place in Florida and the world to file your taxes! This are excellent professionals! Especially this Lady, Mrs Dixie Thrasher who in our opinion is the best Master Tax Advisor in HR Block and the rest of the world! read more
