I'm a one man with no employees nothing and she could not do this in her platinum package that she provided. She wanted to charge an extra 500 per month. She has a drop off box front of her house that you think they'd check regularly and when a month before they checked it, and none of my invoices were sent out. She said she was gonna do some back taxes of mine and instead of collecting information that was necessary for them to be completed. She sent me a bill for $6600 for personal taxes and said I had to pay and demanded it. Even sent it to collections before I even had a week to look at it. I strongly recommend not using this company she is the worst expirence ive yeah yeah I'm coming ever had with bookkeeping and accounting

She did not file our tax returns on time and then stiffed us with the fines saying it was a "glitch" between her computer and the CRA. She also promised to incorporate our company and neglected to tell us that she was farming out the work. She demanded payment then never submitted paperwork and when asked about a refund became increasingly rude and ultimately kept our money. Extremely rude, unprofessional and unethical.

Talked to accountant about missing forms and was told it was our fault, that we should have know that the form was supposed to be submitted. WHAT?!?!? I thought I was paying them to file my taxes properly. If I knew about all of the forms etc. I would have filed my taxes myself, not paid them to do it. They refused to help with the issue and we were left on our own to deal with the government. As of the date of this review, it has been 6 months since our taxes were filed and we are still trying to fix it.
