Because this was my first year filing the particular kind of return I needed to file, I was hesitant to switch course in the middle of the year, and I was hopeful that John would get it together. He had no intention of getting it together, and if I hadn't Googled his name and found these Yelp reviews I would have never realized that his unprofessionalism with me was part of a larger pattern of behavior.
