Horrible Bank...Terrible Customer Service. Mainly dealt with online banking and these reps were not…read moreat all knowledgeable and severely lacked in Customer Service. I received 5 different debit cards once my old one expired and couldn't get any of them activated. I disputed a fraudulent charge on my card and not only was I charged a $15 fee (what???) they did a shotty "investigation" in the matter. Received a provisional credit after some time had passed and did not hear anything back in over 4 months. I then receive a letter in the mail that they couldn't retrieve my funds back from the Vendor (what???) and they withdrew the money from my account, without warning and during Hurricane Ian. I was told I could get copies of the docs used to make their decision and I ordered copies of them. I received the same letter that I had already received the day they withdrew the $1000+ funds out of my account...again without warning or notice. Like I said...shotty, unknowledgeable, no customer service. Needless to say, I changed banks and I am so much happier! Take your money elsewhere. Not work the aggravation!!!.
