Caused us a to incur a penalty. Now she won't answer any of our emails, and refuses to pay the penalty she caused. 3. She changed the status of our corp from an LLC to an S Corp with no consultation whatsoever. It was a shock to us when we found out through the IRS. 4. She is not quick to respond, may take a day, a week, may just ignore your email and messages all together. H&R Block is a much better option. When we called about it they said, oh, all your coverage will be dropped in 60 days but the van in 3 weeks. On another vehicle, the told us that even though it was an inexpensive vehicle (Corolla) it was expensive to insure because there were more claims than for a Subaru (our other car), not a higher percentage of claims, just total claims. Go figure there are several times more Corollas on the road than Subaru Outbacks. If their logic is that bad, I wouldn't expect any satisfaction if you ever had to file a claim.

So when the officer comes back to the car, he ask me specifically if someone has been smoking in the car. I reply, that its not my car, he then proceeds to tell me that he saw me brushing crumbs of 420 off the seat of the car, I know this isn't true because, I had no idea there were crumbs on the seat. He then ask me if he searches the car, will he find any drugs or weapons? I'm thinking, its 8 in the morning, I just told you I was speeding because I'm late to work AND this is someone else car. How the freak will I know what is in someone else car? Note to self, when your friends get drunk and high the night before and block your car in....wake their behinds up and take your own car. Well, he proceeds to tell me to exit the vehicle while he searches it and of course he finds weed in the car and proceeds to arrest me for speeding and possession of mary jane. When I first appeared in court, the states attorney proceeds to tell me that I'm facing a fine and up to one year in jail (insert my wide-eyed look for are you freaking kidding me) and I advise them, that I will be obtaining the services of an attorney. I hiree an attorney, and it took me 3 other court visits to finally get the issue squared away. I ended up getting a some kind of deal, where I was required to take the Mothers Against Drunk Driver ($50) and a 20-hour risk reduction class ($292) and pay a $200 fine and 12-months probation, once the classes were completed and fine paid, I would no longer be on probation. I completed this in the two months that were ordered for the classes to be completed. In return, once all was completed, the charges for the weed charge would be dismissed and the Super Speeder would be reduced to a basic speeding ticket. Some of the Cobb County employers I encountered were your basic bureaucratic hard to get even the slightest information from type of employees, that made me feel like, thank gawd I don't pay my taxes in Cobb County, because these are some un-cooperative people, but the only ones who really matter was the judge and my probation officer and they were both pleasant, easy to work with and didn't seem to want to make the process any more horrendous than it already was. 19 of 100

What other courthouse has free parking? I've been to nearly every courthouse in the metro Atlanta area (I was a paralegal), but this was the first time I had the pleasure of visiting this one. Everyone was so friendly and efficient. What a pleasant surprise. They really made things move fast. This was the best court experience I have ever had.
