He had all my tax documents, and was never able to meet me to file my taxes. I kept trying to meet up with him to file my taxes, and he still never replied to any of my phone calls or emails. I demanded he send back the paperwork, and he didn't do that at all. I've now had to rush and have someone else's help (less than 24 hours from the point of the final due date for taxes). Within a few hours, I have had all my questions answered (with respect to the taxes), from someone else. I will certainly be making every effort to get my papers back from him (and may need an attorney to demand them back), but I can tell you for sure that I will not be back and giving him any money for his flaky service. NOT RECOMMENDED.
