I don't even know where to begin! We've had Bryan & Jona out a couple of times to hopefully get our old a/c-heat unit working & despite their efforts and replacing a couple of things, it finally bit the dust. I called the office & requested a quote for a new one. Todd came out & looked at our current set up then got back to us with a price saying they would be out the following week to install it. I asked if there was any way to get it done sooner. He went to Tulsa to pick the unit up, rearranged their schedule and came the very next day! This new unit works better than the old one did, even when the older one was new! I'm so thankful for H&P and finally have peace of mind that the a/c is not going to quit in the hot summer. On 1-25-2019 H&P service technician Clint and one other technician replaced my heating/cooling unit, and my water heater. My Central A/C in my double-wide suddenly completely stopped working at 3:30 a.m. early Sunday morning. I called them at 7:30 later that morning and explained that I am on Social Security Disability and didn't get paid until next week and only had $40 on me. To save me money they sent someone out first thing early Monday morning and replaced the shorted out part and even customized the part by adding a 10 amp car like fuse to it, so if it happened again, I could just replace the fuse!! The gentleman was extremely nice, professional and incredibly efficient as he completed the job in only 1 hour!! He accepted my $40 as a down payment and billed me for the remaining $75.50!! God Bless them!! They are so Honest and Sincere, I'm going to have them come back out in the Fall and fix my Central Heating!! I highly recommend this company!! read more

We called H&P for my mother's unit. She is 73 and finishing treatments when her air went out. They sent someone out at the end of the day on a Friday. He was courteous and prompt. Our A/C stopped cooling in the middle of the night. I called H&P at 7:30 when they opened. With a husband just home from hospital having cooling was important and they treated it as such. They arrived less than an hour later and the tech, Clint, went right to work. Within 5 minutes he had diagnosed the problem and explained what the repair would entail. He was courteous, competent and quickly fixed the problem. Within 2 hours of my request for service, our house was once again cool. The repair bill was very reasonable. Amazing service!!! AC broke on a 95 degree day. Clint came around 6pm on a Saturday evening and worked as fast as he could to keep the labor charge down, while also being friendly. Would definitely recommend. read more
