I just think it's very unprofessional of you to blow me off like this after you charged me over $400 to only solve part of the problem then Never hear from you again. Please know that right now, I am beyond frustrated and disappointed to not hear from you at all after our conversation that you will let me know the cost to repair our broken sewer line. This is not the way to treat customers. At least have the common courtesy to return several voicemail messages and text messages to tell me you're too busy to fix my problem. He claims they did nothing wrong, and left me with a bill of $437 plus another $179 fee for coming out. So now a project that should have been less than $300 to fix has ballooned over $1,000. After they left and handed us the bill of 160 bucks for 15 min work I went into double check. I now had water comming up from my floor. The small leak I had now is a bathroom remodel. Good side note they told us after they dont fix shower pans. So why do the test? Be ware, this company will take your money and leave you with more issues then you started with.
