An excellent hotel in the peaceful and charismatic old quarters of Langres. Rooms are comfortable and well presented. Our evening meal in the hotel's restaurant was a delight; creative French cuisine delivered with flair. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was that they didn't offer any options for older children so we all ate from a mixture of the set and a la carte menus. If you're an adults only group this place is perfect. They have an extensive wine list. We selected a delicious Gigondas at the more modest end of the options. They welcome well behaved dogs. If your kids are up for trying new and interesting things (ours were) then it's great too. Menus are in French and English. Highly recommended. read more
