Classic looks and classic customer service complement each other very well here. I had the pleasure of being helped by Bahar, who despite not having my original model in stock understood my style perfectly and found something in stock that fit perfectly. When a few dozen steps indicated the side of the shoe was a tad tight, Bahar pulled out a spray and treated the calf's leather so that it got just the right little give on the side. Their selection of bags and accessories is not to be missed either, and for the ladies there is quite a nice shoe lineup as well. In a world that seems increasingly split between "big-box" stores with low-quality commodities and high-end luxury boutiques, Lloyd takes us back to a comfortable spot in the middle where quality and customer service still reign.
