I absolutely am obsessed with vintage, antiques, and anything old (I have a vintage Etsy shop and…read morefrequent flea markets). So when I find a vintage store or antique shop that excites me, I have to share. This place is incredible! Such an array of vintage and antique items that to me would make for a much better souvenir than any trinket you could buy. As a Tiki lover, I found several old unused bottle labels for rum that I bought to frame and hang above my home bar. But they have everything from small items for a Euro or two, to large, antique advertising, bottles, dishes, and more. Absolutely loved this place and was so glad to have stumbled upon it!

I have been a Kookai customer for more than 10 years now, I used to love the quality and…read moreoriginality of the products. Unfortunately, things seem to have deteriorated quickly and quality of the products as well as customer service (French customer service in particular) is TERRIBLE! I have just ordered some products, one of them (for which I paid full price and which I only got to wear once) is completely RUINED after washing (the nice - red - colors of the embroidery on the chest are now all over the sweater) and NOBODY AT KOOKAI FRANCE cares!!! Nobody answers the phone, too! I wrote them an email in English and they replied in French pretending like my order was not online/e-boutique (which it was) so they said they weren't responsible (of course they were)! Worst customer service ever, I am so disappointed, remembering what Kookai used to be... now it's just CHEAP quality (made in India, China) with the same (quite high for the bad quality) prices. Think twice before you spend money on their products, it is NOT worth it and NOBODY WILL CARE about your complaints.

Bad Customer Experience I ordered a stand for supporting 6…read morecomputer monitors. The box arrived promptly with dozen of elements to assemble in there, one of which was missing. I contacted LDLC and they refused to help me on the pretense I had posted the complaint more than 72h after having received the box and, read that, that they were not commercializing the missing item!. I wrote, called, emailed, to no avail. They even refused to give me the contact details of the Taiwanese (?) supplier, leaving me unable to source the missing element on my own. What a terrible customer service. Their behavior is even probably illegal. There are so many suppliers on the internet that using this one is a risk not necessary to take.
