I was here in mid December and there was a noticeable lack of warmth from the heating in the room -- even at maximum temperature of Five. The slight chill that lingered throughout my two night stay here made the experience of soft beds and poor lighting much worse. The management is obviously economizing at the customer's expense. The hotel interior reminds me of the type of hotel a mid level Tour Director contracts for his or her traveling group - one that's neither good, nor bad. Parking is a squeeze. Staffing is limited. The hotel is showing its age and is tired just like some of its patrons, including myself. Thats all the more reason to insure it is something more welcoming and not just an average place to stay.
