She told me that it was her second shift since starting employment there. I noticed some "rookie" mistakes. However, I feel that she did a great job. I was most impressed with how friendly she was. I was set on the Persian Chicken but changed my mind after the waitress told me that the Lamb Tangine with Apricots is delicious and that she has tried it before. So glad that I settled on the Lamb Tangine because it was delicious!! The portion size is plenty and will fill you up. Be careful not to fill up on bread with olive oil and vinegar for dipping. Also, I recommend an appetizer. I chose Baba Ganoush. It's served with small pieces of pita bread. Their Baba Ganoush isn't bad. I've had better. I prefer a creamier BG. Theirs is chunky. I passed on dessert. They have some nice dessert options. I probably would've chosen a dessert if I wasn't running somewhat behind for an event in downtown Springs.
