When it comes to customer service and quality of product, Melissa's knocks it out of the park. The store is unassuming, located in a quiet corner of Westland Mall, but I had nothing short of a five-star experience and love the items I purchased. The owners - Renee and Brian - are knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. I will definitely be back next time I'm in town!

My OCyn's attire always gets the most compliments. Their clothes are unique and hold up well with time. The staff are always so friendly and when they have sells you typically can't beat the price. My favorite item right now is their new athletic wear! Its so comfortable and it is ideal to wear for lifting, hot yoga, or a long run. The pockets are the best!

The movie ended at 10pm and as we were walking out, we noticed a couple of claw machines on our way out and I gave my nephew $5 to play before we left. Well this rude lady comes from a door near the claw machines, maybe security I dunno cause she wasn't in a uniform but with a pretty ridiculous attitude she says "YOU ALL MEED TO LEAVE, the mall is closed!!" I looked at her and said "Excuse me!" And with an attitude again she said the same thing..... so I told her she ask politely without being a B! The mall should not have movies that end that late if this lady is going to harass people on their way out..... I was treating my family to a fun night and it was just nonsense how she acted. If she is part of your employment.... Maybe find someone who is actually wanting a job and considerate. Unnecessary drama for no reason. Side note- all the theater employees and the movie was amazing!!!!

Kohl's cash isn't what you think it is…read more I just got back from returning a PS4 and extra controller at Kohl's here in Burlington. I bought the console and then, the next day with the $80 Kohl's cash I got for the console's purchase, bought another controller and charging cradle. I didn't like the PS4 over the PS3 and it didn't meet my needs so I returned it. What I didn't understand (and its right there clear as mud on the receipt which refers you to the Kohl's cash coupon for the details) is that if you use the Kohl's cash and then return everything they only credit the purchase price minus the Kohl's cash. So I paid $427 for the console and got $80 in Kohl's cash. They credited my credit card back for $347 and then gave me another $80 in Kohl's cash. So now, I'm paying $80 in interest on a purchase I returned. I feel that is unethical and they wouldn't fix it so I cut up my credit card right there. I'll pay off the balance of my card and then I'm through with this overpriced company whose business model is to milk as much money out of its customers as possible.

This is one of the few stores still inside the mall and is one of the bigger Maurices I've ever…read morebeen to. My main goal was to find a dress to wear to a wedding in August...which I'm happy to say that I succeeded in...and it was only $30. They also had a sale on bralettes that were two for $20. While I'm the dressing room area, I noticed some styled outfits and loved several of them. One had a Yellowstone shirt with some mustard shorts. I already had some mustard shorts at home, so I found the Yellowstone shirt and added it to the pile. My total was a little over $80, which is a very successful shopping trip in my book. I was also helping my mom with finding a dress and some jeans. I'd noticed a cheetah print dress in the dressing room and had her try it on. She loved it and by this point we had a very helpful associate start locating the pieces to one of the other outfits we'd eyed. I ended up also picking up some knit striped shorts and a polo tank for another $40ish and had to walk away there. Love this location and looking forward to returning.

Quarry Creek Elk & Bison company is a pretty neat shop just North of Fort Madison, Iowa. They have…read morejust about everything (furniture, clothes, boots, gifts, pickled stuff, sweets, etc.). Every time we are in Iowa (1-2 times a year) we stop in mainly for 3 things: 1) cheddar cheese, 2) Elk or Bison sausage and 3) to check out and get pictures of the Elk and Bison roaming in their pins near the building. Probably some new additions to our "things we get from Quarry Creek Elk & Bison Company list" would be Little Buffalo Horns (chocolate covered cashews) and Elk Drops (chocolate covered caramels) which can be found right next to the registers. We see the same people each time we come. They are all very nice and welcoming. This is a place we will continue to visit for years to come. I urge you to stop in if you happen to be in the area.
