Not only is the coach a Marine veteran like myself. He also is a serious Jiu-Jitsu competitor! I could not believe my luck in finding this place in such a small town in Southern Utah. On a more serious note I had two rods put in my back years before finding Patriot and I wasn't sure I would be able to train. Coach Dwight gave me exercises that helped me eliminate pain and continue to train regularly. He also modified exercises for me when necessary so that I could get the training I needed. Not to mention that as a veteran, having an outlet like Jiu-Jitsu really helped me to relax and reduced my stress significantly. I love Patriot Jiu-Jitsu!

There was no accountability about the fact I had reached out to them and they had failed to follow through or offer any real solutions to help me. I'm still waiting on a response from the owner on whether or not he is going to help me cancel or continue to blow me off. I text the owner and told him I had been trying to cancel my account, I did not include any personal info in my first text. The owner immediately text me back and told me he could not find my account and that I must have signed up with a different gym. The owner then went on to say that they had not been able to help me cancel because they did not have my name spelled correctly to look up my account. How did the owner come to the conclusion that he could not find me in the system before I ever provided my name if that is the only way to look up my account and help me cancel? Just say you lied and take accountability for ripping me off a thousand+ dollars. Following through and just doing the bare minimum to help people should be an expectation when you are paying $50-60 a month to a gym you haven't even used in over a year.
