After 2 minutes my daughter realised she forgot to take the hot chocolate, so she went back to the cafe to get the full cup she left. The barista was very rude and said you shouldn't have left it, I threw it away and I will not make you a new one! My daughter came back without it so I came to talk with her. She said I don't care, you left it in the cafe and it doesn't matter if a minute has passed, there is no more hot chocolate and I will not make a new one. The customer service was so bad and she was so rude to us, it was the first time where I felt so humiliated by that woman! She was blonde, around 45 years old, and she was talking like that with every customer. Such a person definitely shouldn't be working at a cafe at an airport.
