My wife found the number after looking at a row of beautifully lit house in a great neighborhood. Our children love the designs every year and their friends enjoy the look of our house as well. We have passed along the number to many of friends. Everyone has been satisfied with the owner Michael's work every year. I am writing this review because my contractor (Nick) went out of his way to accommodate me and my…read moreout of state remodeling project. I had originally contacted four different contractors for my project and had one week to decide who and what to do before I head back to SF. Out of the four, 2 could not properly communicate in English and the third one was trying to sell me things I didn't even need. Nick called the day before to confirm our appointment and showed up on time which is very important to me. He listened to what I wanted and then suggested some ideas that I didn't even think of. Then he explained the permitting process which seems to be a big deal in Florida and what we needed to obtain permits. He even gave me the name and address of a local supply house where I could get my cabinets, countertops, tiles, and fixtures. He provided me with a proposal within 48 hrs (just like he said) and his prices were in line with the others. Needless to say, I choose his company and headed back home. On the day of the deliveries, the delivery companies would not deliver the material upstairs to my condo unit, so his guys stopped their work and delivered the stuff upstairs.(he didn't even charge me for it!). He kept me updated on the progress of the project and sent me weekly pictures. There were a few issues that came up after the demolition but he explained them in detail, gave me an estimate on the additional costs, and asked if it was ok to proceed. When he was finished, I was ecstatic as I could not believe how nice the kitchen and bathrooms had turned out. This guy exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend him to anyone who is thinking of doing a remodeling project.
