September 2021- Firstly, the lady at the counter couldn't seem to figure out what size box to ship my item in. It took far too long and she seemed set on the dimensions of her measurement, not recognizing that it could fit sideways or otherwise be more compact. October 2021- The woman on the phone hung up on me when I asked if they were a FedEx Authorized Ship Center. She said they had no association with FedEx; FedEx seems to think differently.
