A shop to visit if you love colours and patterns. Although there's lots of colours and patterns,…read moreeverything is done tastefully and stylishly and it's really a pleasure to be in the store. There's women's clothing, jewelry, accessories, and home stuffs (pillows, candle holders, and such small things). They carry some Orla Kiely items as well and you can see her signature leaf designs scattered around the shop. The sales staff is quick to greet you and offer help, but will also leave to alone so you can quietly browse by yourself. I love the design of the clothes here; everything is not too over-the-top nor is it boring and that is a fine line to tread. Prices are certainly more than H&M, but not outrageous. Shoe section is perhaps a little disappointing compared to the rest of the shop as the selection is small and seems to not really fit with the rest of the Super Love style. The added bonus is that the space of the shop itself is wonderful with super tall ceilings and two tiny second level mezzanines that hold additional clothes and accessories.

In Jersey, you tell a shoe sales person. You can't spend more than $280, they upsell you to $350. I have been a big fan of the brand for a long time and have visited this Archive store + purchased…read moreon several occasions. I also work with retail and Education with 15+ experience. My visit yesterday however was probably the worst client service given in my life - I can take that minimal service given since a few days before Christmas but the fact the store had two staff members of which one ignored my request of checking for a size, the second male staff talked very loudly with someone he knew in terms of going to interviews for other jobs and very clear his mind was not in the store. Anyway I asked to put two items on hold since I wanted to show my best friend the following morning - I was told it was only possible until end of day which I said was fine since I would arrive for the opening the following morning. When we arrived today at 11.01 the store was not opened and no staff in sight - we waited 15 minutes and then the staff arrived. I asked to try the pieces reserved; which she first couldnt find since he never took my name so she had to ring the guy putting them on hold and to find out he sold one of the pieces after I left. She had the weirdest reasoning for this and almost felt like this was a natural thing happening and that the dress I was planning to buy was no longer available. With this I also want to say we later visited the Acne Studio store in the city; and even if only one staff and several clients she gave excellent service and was super helpful to everyone in store.

Terrible customer service and deceptive practices--…read more I ordered a pair of shoes and paid a high shipping fee. About a week later, DHL contacted me saying I owed a large amount in import duties before they would deliver the package. When I reached out to the company, they basically said it wasn't their problem and pointed to their terms and conditions -- where, buried in fine print, they claim they're not responsible for such fees. Most reputable companies either include import duties in the price or clearly disclose them before checkout. Instead, this company hides that information deep in the fine print, knowing that most customers would think twice before buying if the true cost were clear upfront. It is incredibly misleading. Thankfully, my credit card company immediately recognized the issue and refunded me in full.

Nowadays one room in the store is dedicated to women and the other to men. They even have a small children's section, so there's something for everyone. Kyoto carries some amazing designers like Ganni, Acne, Wood Wood, Norse Projects and Libertine-Libertine. I've indulged in my beanie addiction here and purchased two of my all time favorites, perfect for the cold Copenhagen weather. They also have the most incredible sneaker selection - I want them all. I bought one of my favorite pairs of white sneakers here which I've completely worn out. You know I'll be back to purchase a new pair soon!

Summary: Think Anthropology but more boutique Soho-esque. Very well curated selection of brands…read morethat are trendy, but different enough. The Store: It has a very Soho feel. A very great job merchandizing with plenty of places for guys to sit... you'll want to because there is a high probability your girl will be there a bit trying things on. The Price Point: Mid-range, similar to Anthropolgy for the US, but more urban. This store would not make sense in the suburbs. The clothes: It's a very curated selection of brands that are of great quality but I've never heard of them. That's the joy of traveling though and perfectly what I'm looking for. It's a great place to stop if you're looking for the plain piece that has just right extra something (example, a white shirt for work, here's it's slightly sheer with just the right buttons and hang).
