    Is that a dirty air filter I see?

    Is not a really impressed with this car dealership. This isn't the 1st time I bought a vehicle online sight unseen. Originally I found this truck on eBay and the pictures looked good, although this could be deceiving. During the transaction I was out of the country so this made things a little bit more complicated via email. The company wasn't willing to negotiate the price so I got all of the details and had my bank finance. When asked how I would pay initially I said I would put 10k down and have the rest financed through my bank. The next day the salesman asked how I was going to pay and I said I'm putting 10K down and financing the rest through my bank. I also send copies of my insurance and license during these exchanges. Day 3 I was asked how I was going to pay and I thought they were messing with me so I told them I would put 20k down and have the bank finance the rest. I thought we were good and had my bank send a check. So low and behold after getting approved for financing they said I will need to do a wire transfer and use their financing. Errr my gawd! So I went with their financing and had the truck shipped. This was a cheaper option than flying to Florida and driving this beast back. So when the truck arrived the driver told me I was responsible for paying the tab. So I was like hold up, wait a minute, something aint right. I told the driver I paid the dealership but he wouldn't offload the truck until I called the dealership. There was a lot of we paid the driver, no you didn't, yes we did, no you didn't going back-and-forth. Eventually I got sorted out. So the truck had a wet musty smell and the driver's seat was soaked. In Arizona the vehicle will dry relatively quick, but I had to run an ozone generator in there for a week to kill the swamp smell. On 1st glance I noticed some damage on the right side that was not disclosed and and the interior of the truck was super dirty. The seats were filthy, and and there was dust and dirt everywhere. This vehicle was not detailed and and they only wiped down a few spots. At this point I was aggravated but not mad yet. On my 3rd time driving it I got an error message and my speed was limited to 30mph. Then I got the check engine light. Now the truck won't drive so I towed it to the Ford dealership. They told me the exhaust fluid fluid heater went out and the part would cost $160 + $150 installation. Fine, just make it work. Also come to find out the engine oil and air filter have not been changed in forever. Now I am mad, they just flipped a truck to a sucker (me) like some shady dealership outside of a military base. I got most everything sorted out because I'm handy like that. I couldn't get the smell out of the seat so I ended up replacing is replacing the fabric and foam with new leather. The check engine light just came on again and it has something to do with the emission system now so I am so I invested in a warranty. At least the tires were new, someone left an Apple charger in their, and some napkins for when I make my own mess. Lastly it took me about 6 months to finally get my license plate. I had to call every month and they overnight me a paper plate. They said they couldn't get the plate because they need an emissions test, but the vehicle is exempt for the next few years. So I did go to emissions but they said I wasn't due, I insisted on the test because they needed it. Well with all of the check engine lights I failed emisions. Learn from my mistakes don't buy a vehicle from here no matter what. Grrrrrrrr!

    Purchased vehicle July 13th....

    Don't buy a vehicle from these guys. I purchased a 2019 ram 3500 almost 4 months ago. I am now in the process of having to replace the motor. They also sold me a warranty and payment still hadn't been made to the warranty company... so now I'm being threatened to be dropped from my warranty company. I understand its a used vehicle but they definitely knew about this and did a good job hiding it. After spending the entire day trying to speak with the finance manager AGAIN (after he supposedly took care of this 2 weeks ago when I called looking for answers)... he got it activated within minutes. Why wasn't this done when i purchased my vehicle/warranty 4 months ago? They have no problem breaching their contracts and failing to hold up their signed agreements, lawyer worthy. In the meantime my truck has been at the dealer in need of a new motor at a halt for 2 weeks because my warranty is inactive. After finally getting through today and expressing my frustration and looking for an explanation of why I'm even having to deal with this and why it wasnt done 4 months ago, the guy told me to go (F) myself. Absolutely appalling and a disgusting way to do business.

    Gulf coast Auto brokers are the best auto dealer I have ever worked with. From the sales man Troy to the sales manager. They delivered an amazing deal and were true to their words. He told me he could beat my interest rate and he did. It was also the quickest process of buying I have ever dealt with. If you are in need of a car please check this auto lot out and don't pass it by.

    An absolute nightmare & disaster of a business - even for a dealership. Do NOT buy from here. Here's what I experienced within the first 20 minutes of ownership of my 2019 Alfa Romeo Giulia with just 36k miles. - $10k worth of damages unreported & photoshopped out of the listing images - Nightmare shipping services - got locked out of my car & held it for ransom until I paid a locksmith - Slimey con-men brokers who & promise what they cannot fulfill. Listing stated the car came with 2 keys. It came with 1 broken aftermarket fob with no blade. - Grille was broken, and TAPED - Dashboard was displaying 7 different error codes - Dashboard was ripped up, peeling, and covered in a thick layer of dust - Battery was dead. - Several broken switches including drive selector, hood latch, and trunk release. - They were unresponsive. When I finally got a hold of my salesman, he told me to take it to the dealer because it was their problem now. - Once they have your money, they could not care less about you. Some of the worst business practice I have ever seen in my life. I wish I could turn back time and never reach out. NEVER buy a vehicle from here. Lots of shady stuff going on - I'd never recommend to my worst enemy. This experience was supposed to be my dream car. but has put me in debt for a vehicle I don't even want to own anymore!

    This September I purchased a 2017 Porsche Cayenne from this location. Working with Basil was a pleasure. The buying experience was not stressful, quite frankly it was quick and casual. No pressure, or tricks. Most importantly I have no buyers remorse

He's a "my way or the highway" guy, and his way is a certified check which IS NOT THE SAME AS CASH. If you don't believe me, ask your bank, as we did. This is EXACTLY what happened to us, so we chose the latter--not to sell to a bait-and-switch person. To say one thing then do another did not work for us. Don't fall for that. If he is incapable of knowing upon inspection or driving the car if it works (a car with only 7516 miles on it and still under mfgr warranty!--really Dude?), then he should get his own mechanic to verify that the car is near perfect. Do your own due diligence, but don't expect us to give you the car before we have the cash. That's all we wanted was to have the cash WHEN we gave him the car. He flatly refuses unless he has the car BEFORE YOU GET ANY CASH. Same time, Dude, SAME TIME. He refused to meet us to get actual cash with the car at his bank and doesn't want to use escrow either. I told him I'd be changing this review if he continued to advertise the word cash on his web site then not allow the seller to have the cash WHEN they give him their car. Again, SAME TIME, Dude, SAME TIME. Be honest, be fair. I will revert this review ONLY AFTER he takes the word CASH off his web site if all he will give is a certified check. Full disclosure: We had left the car door ajar so it drained the battery and did not start when he arrived, but we proved that to him by jumping the car that there was nothing wrong with the car. His offer, by the way, was the lowest of all we received.
