The folks residing here are friendly & tend to watch out for one another, which is reassuring. Located on Lake Rousseau, where the fishing is plentiful. They have a small bathhouse (1 shower) & a nice laundry (3 washers @ $1.75/3 dryers at $1 per load). There's no cable & OTA is unreliable, but the wifi is excellent. TV channels are not consistent, but I really haven't missed watching it very much. Although I do watch a few channels occasionally, it's given me a great opportunity to catch up on some reading. Speaking of reading, there is a book exchange area in the laundry. These folks also own Big Bass Village RV down the road, so you can't always catch someone in the office, but the manager (Suzie) got back with me very quickly when I emailed her from the address on the website. I think the owners are really working hard to make this a beautiful place. It has great potential, it's VERY reasonably priced (lower than anyone else in the area), & are quick to answer questions or suggest sights/views/restaurants. I'm really glad that this was the RV park we chose for our stay in this pretty part of Florida.

We were very happy to be staying here, we could have not asked for friendlier people who run this place. The people who permanently live here make you feel like family here. Each Sat they have live music and potluck at a nice open bar grill on the lake. Showers are very clean, the place is well maintained, quiet and peaceful. We would definitely come back!

Bar plays music till 10pm which isnt bad at all. They'll accept mail on your behalf. Never did walk to the bathroom/shower. Dog park had neglectful owners and left droppings behind. Most of the long term residents were quiet and some very run down. Could hear the pump house run constantly. About 10-15 to nearest gas and grocery stores. Wish more people were as honest as me.

Electrical issues .. power surgery constantly destroying your components in your camper. Park will not compensate you. Bill, the owner couldn't care less. Does not even return phone calls. Pool not heated. New policy....minimum stay is 6 months. Basically killing the business. The odor from the sewer is awful, no repairs in sight. Some roads are unpaved causing alot of dust. 30 minuets from most restaurants and groceries. My rating is 0 out of 100. Bill, the owner when questioned about the above just says...well, it's just 3 star campground. STAY AWAY

The managers husband practically attacked me over asking for the cable TV we were told we had but didn't. The laundry is completely insufficient for permanent residents and guests. The pool seen in pictures is unheated so can't be used in prime season. However it looks nice from a distance and within. Also in 2023 I can't imagine allowing Confederate flags any more than swastika flags or actually any political statement in what they call a park. They need to hire from the outside and implement rules that matter.
