I'd give them zero if I could. One of the most incompetent organisations I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They'll make deductions from your deposit without consulting you first, they are pathetically bad when it comes to communications (both with tenants and landlords) and they regularly fail to deliver on things they say.
