So dissopointed with place and it it all started off so well :(…read moreI walked past and went in to ask when they could cut my hair. i was told that it could be done straight away and would cost me me £30 which was okay so i decided to let them do my hair. The hairdresser wasnt rude but very quiet and although several people around me drank coffee i was never offered a drink. My hair cut wasn't what iexpected it to be and i was left quite upset as my hair was now very high maintenace and full of layers aftyer id asked not to have these. Bad service really.

Rude hairstylist who left me with half cut hair and went to talk on the phone for more than 10 minutes! I tried to be understanding and waited. After she finished the cut, she didn't even bother to brush of the hair from my face or neck! I literally walked home with all the small hairs on my face and eyes and as you know, small hairs can't be taken off or brushed off with fingers. She ruined my hair! Took a picture of the hairstyle I wanted! A full fringe, layered hair! I came out with the haircut of "Javier Bardem , in No country for old man". My hair was elbow long and now it's above my shoulder even though I made it clear to her that I didn't want her to shorten the length too much, just trim. I promise a blind person could have done a better job than the stylist for this place... My hair is ruined so much! That I have an appointment at Toni and Guy Newcastle to get a pixicut! I have to drive all the way there to have someone fix the mess because my hair can not be styled at all no matter how much I try. Wish I could give them 0 stars! If you want to
