Their prices are good but only if you pay cash, otherwise you end up paying too much. The people working here is very nice and are willing to help you with any questions you have. There's a Banco Azteca and western union. When you buy big appliances or furniture there's usually trucks parked outside which for a fee will deliver you stuff. The only reason I used to come here was to send money thru Western Union and the service is usually pretty fast, the most I took was probably 20 min and that day the line up was longer than usual.

There was a small up charge which we expected. When we attempted to pay with a credit card, they indicated the charge was declined by our bank. Unfortunately, our bank had no knowledge of this charge. It appears the charge was declined by the store's processor. In discussion with the sales person, she then tells me the store does not accept non national credit cards. Fast fast forward 2 weeks later, we visit their location in Casa de Barro. I ask the the sales clerk if they accept non national credit cards. She tells me they do. I explain the previous situation and her reply is the issue is probably with the terminal they are using at that location and there should be no issue at the Casa de Barro location. Fantastic. So we go thru the process for the modifications again, the sales person relays this information again to her superiors, and she informs us: "unfortunately we are so busy and we will never be able to accommodate your request for modifications." Hubo un pequeño recargo que esperábamos. Cuando intentamos pagar con tarjeta de crédito, nos indicaron que el cargo había sido rechazado por nuestro banco. Por desgracia, nuestro banco no tenía conocimiento de este cargo. Parece que el cargo fue rechazado por el procesador de la tienda. Hablando con la dependienta, me dice que la tienda no acepta tarjetas de crédito que no son nacionales. Dos semanas más tarde, visitamos su tienda en Casa de Barro. Le pregunto a la dependienta si aceptan tarjetas de crédito no nacionales. Me dice que sí. Le explico la situación anterior y su respuesta es que el problema es probablemente con el terminal que están utilizando en esa ubicación y no debería haber ningún problema en la ubicación de Casa de Barro. Fantástico. Así que volvemos a realizar el proceso de modificación, la vendedora vuelve a transmitir esta información a sus superiores y nos informa: "lamentablemente estamos muy ocupados, nunca podremos atender su solicitud de modificaciones".
