I got my steak at medium rare, the server though I said medium well so I had to point to the picture for him to understand. The steak took some time to come out but it was worth it because the bacon wrapped steak was delicious. I didn't like the Piamontese rice and the fries were more plain until I added salt. I got the 609 Medaglione with targone salsa, I asked for the targone salsa on the side and used a English to Translator app since the waiter couldn't understand me. He never asked how I wanted my steak cook so I was interested to see how it comes out. I also ordered a coke for my drink. The food did take a while to come out but it was worth it. The filet mignon was cooked to medium rare and I actually like the targone sauce. The bacon was in the sauce so be aware of that. The gratin potato I thought was decent, just needed salt and ketchup but my overall meal was delicious. The service here was fine for me and I'm pretty sure they knew I'm American. I paid with my credit card and there was no option to leave tip so maybe it's already included.
