You have a choice of one of like 10 sauces, I always get the Tirosalata, which is like a whipped feta cheese, and it is creamy goodness. Putting french fries into anything automatically makes me like it twice as much, but the Tirosalata is really worth writing home about. Literally... I wrote home to my mom to tell her about it!
