I first came here a couple of times to get my tires patched after getting nails in them, and they helped me right away. I've also gotten a new set of tires for my wife's car, and today I came back to get new tires for my own car. What I like is that even if they don't have the tires you need in stock, they can order them and usually have them delivered the next day. Fast, convenient, and reliable service. Definitely a solid local tire shop that I'll continue coming back to. Highly recommend!

The owner was very rude. Said it was the tires it couldn't have been them He did not want to even look me in the face. It seemed we had just been having a 10 minutes before. I was baffled. I've seen the shop here for years. I thought they would have great especially with the army and Marine I ended up going to normal spot and the guy was able to fix it right was nothing wrong with the tires. so I lost some money, but it was a good experience and let me know what the shop was about. Nice people bad work. And no accountability.

I purchased a set of tires here a few months ago, and the staff was friendly, professional, helpful, and efficient from start to finish. They took great care of me and made the whole process easy. The neighborhood did provide one memorable moment--as I was leaving, I stopped and was politely waiting for a woman to cross the sidewalk. Apparently she thought my truck was in her path, because she came up to it, started banging on the side, and cussing at me. Obviously that had nothing to do with the shop or its employees, but it definitely reinforced my impression of the surrounding area. I recently left a very different review for the Azusa location after a disappointing experience there, and I think it's only fair to give credit where it's due. My experience at this location was excellent, and I would gladly come back.

This concerns my company's direct business experience with Alicia's Tires, not a tire purchase…read more My company provided online advertising services for Alicia's Tires. Raja, a contractor working for my company, performed Facebook and Craigslist advertising work on our behalf. We have screenshots documenting the advertising work being performed and reported to Alicia's Tires. The outstanding amount we have requested for two months of advertising services is approximately $800, and it remains unpaid. I personally attempted to contact Francisco to resolve the issue. When I explained who I was and the reason for my call, he ended the call. I subsequently sent a text seeking to resolve the payment matter and did not receive a response. I have documentation of the advertising activity, communications, and payment requests. As of the date of this post, the approximately $800 balance remains unresolved. Based on my company's experience, I would advise anyone providing services to this business to make sure the scope of work, payment amount, and payment schedule are clearly documented in advance.
