My wife sat on the bench for about 45 minutes. And no one came. She finally went to the waiting room where I was In hospital attire and asked me to get some help. Carolyn did not talk to me during the test, because that would have meant a response. I could not move during this time. And a response would have meant my using my jaw. She IS a master. Told them i wasn't leaving until they were removed. Too much pain. After an hour or so. They were removed. I once again advised lowers and uppers were loose. The assistant confirmed uppers loose but didn't touch lowers. Put on caps, I left but no one set up time to discuss the bad Prosthetic. They simply sent letter dumping me as a patient because they weren't going to fix the defective Prosthetic that I paid $54000 for, and do you think they are going to refund the .money since they didn't meet their obligation? Just send me elsewhere so I can pay more money to fix their screw-up! My mouth is so sore I can't eat, drink nor talk. Pain pills no longer help. Unable to post picture but my mouth is so badly injured, the other dentist can't do anything for 3-4 weeks so mouth can heal. Again, cannot post picture of letter dated July 6 sent from Dr Pinkston advising they will no longer be my dental provider. Been complaining since early 2025 but they never fixed problem. My experience? Day 1 Removed 16 teeth and was fitted with full temporary implants. All my decision, could have gone partial, but knew what the future held and went the full Monty. Uppers and Lowers. 1 month evaluation and progress, evaluate healing and gums, your gums shrink after healing, leaving a void between your temps and gums. Water pick is mandatory. 2 months Removed temps, repaired them from grinding (my fault) didn't have my bite guard in. Then they templated my healed gums for permanent teeth. reinstall repaired temps. No charge for repair. 3.5 months return to get my permanent implants. was given the molds made for my process and procedure. Clear choice St Louis was the right providers for me. Considerably more expensive than the "Las Vegas" option but some things are not worth bargain shopping for. Or you could say that quality has a price. Financially and emotionally. Mind you I was sick enough to get pushed to the top of the list but even for those who had to wait longer had a wait time that would be considered short for an emergency room. * Free parking in a well-lit parking lot. * ER has people with Covid symptoms on one side of the waiting room and those without on the other side of the waiting room. * Awesome nurses and registration staff. Cons: * Small ER with few rooms, leading to wait times that are longer than one would initially think. Despite being the first person called back after I arrived, I still waited over 30 min. * I wasn't a huge fan of the physician assigned to my case. I didn't feel like he listened to me, or anything else that had been said by other Wash U physicians in the days prior. * Instead of actual rooms, each bed was in a little curtained off area, so there was no privacy when discussing anything with the physician or nursing staff.

After being scolded for 15 minutes and attempting to explain my issues while having him talk over me and repeating that I am too young for any of my concerns. While revising me physically, Doctor was rough and clumsy. I was turn around with the same prescriptions and even to fight for one that I truly need to avoid an asthma attack under an allergic reaction. Waiting on Lab results to see if I am too young for any thyroid problems or anemia. Don't recommend this doctor at all! Tried to change to a different doctor in same medical group but he is not receiving new patients. With this said, I am taking my business somewhere else. Even though this, there are several other doctors in these medical group, I don't know there quality of care, but the overall office and staff are always friendly and very helpful.
