Really friendly and helpful and we were in our house within 5 minutes. We then asked him to give us a quote for a sliding door that we couldn't unlock. Instead of just giving us a quote and coming back - which I'm sure many bigger companies would have done- He spent a good part of an hour fixing the door and did not charge us anymore than the £85 we'd originally agreed for opening or door. From what could have been an annoying and expensive evening he helped us out so much and had a great friendly manner, we would definitely use again and would recommend to anyone! ripped off by this cowboy company please beware and never use them…read more i rang this firm as i thought my lock was broke. it wasnt i learned afterwards it was simply my pvc door hinge that needed adjusting. ls locksmiths came out told me i needed a new lock and charged me 120.00. not only did they rip me off, they left my home with the hinge still broke so the door still wouldnt open properly and i had to call someone else out. i then learned that ls locksmith had taken off my insurance approved multi lock and down graded it - i found this out after having it inspected by a recommended company. so please please please do not be conned by this firm like me .. another trick they play is to tell you they will send you the receipt by post or email when you pay them. they dont. i am still waiting ....
