He communicated well, showed up on time, was dressed professionally and made sure everything was the way we wanted it. He told me to make sure I was happy with his work first, which of course I would have done, but it was nice to see he wanted to make sure we were happy. I would not recommend this company. I was a maintenance plan member for quite some time, and their…read moretechnicians did not do a thorough job inspecting my AC unit during those visits. A few months later the compressor blew, and I ended up having to replace the entire unit through a different company. On top of that, I cancelled my membership two to three weeks before my billing cycle and was still charged. When I called, I was told a credit had been issued. It never showed up on my card. Paying for regular maintenance is supposed to prevent exactly this kind of failure. I got neither the service nor the refund I was promised.
