I have been working with Troy in the plumbing division for months now renovating an old historic home. I tried a few companies out before and found GSM to be the best match for the jobs. He has been fair, honest, excellent time management and scheduling, and someone you want to work with professionally. I've trusted them to repipe my whole house and then some. Highly recommended, an honest business. Thank you GSM. read more

I had them here to do some plumbing and heating services. Both techs did very well. They explained what was needed and what to expect. Very pleased. They were fair with me regarding the billing as well. I would definitely recommend! read more

We had basement flooding as tree roots were getting in the way, everytime we flushed it just backed up into the basement. The person who came out to do the service had to go back to New Ulm as the piece he needed was broken and needed to get a replacement before he could start. When the bill came we were billed for 2 house calls per his own mistake. read more

the company is always available. not cheap plumbing is 119 dollars an hour $1600 dollars for highest capacity water softener $1550 for mid capacity installed prices. roofing is an other animal if you are lucky to get on their schedule it will cost you an arm and a leg minimum 2000 dollars with no guarantee of non leakage. then just hope that it holds. reviewer beware yelp gives them your phone number. I didn't even provide that to yelp. read more

Not good. Hired them to install a new garbage disposal & redo the plumping under the kitchen sink. They did not sell one we wanted & they were way overpriced so we bought one elsewhere. They put it in & did not install the new sink flange that came with the unit we purchased & instead left the old corroded one in place. Then they had the audacity to take the new one with them. Then when questioned about it they lied & said the new unit didnt have one. Problem is we had looked at it before they came. It was attached to it & they actually had to take it apart before they installed the disposal. This actually happened a few years ago but I get just as upset every time I look at the old corroded one. Had they at least left it, we would have hired a reputable company to redo it. On top of all of this they charged a ridiculous amount on the bill. Stay away & find anyone else. read more

Their customer service is non existent, can't say the same about installation and repair because they never took the time to even schedule something. I wonder if they think that because we are Hispanic family we don't have the financial resources to pay for their services or they simply don't want to serve certain populations. I don't recommend this company, save your time and money, call other companies around and give your business to someone that deserves it.
