He showed up the next morning with another employee who assisted by immediately getting in the crawl space to check on the foundation and moisture barrier. Meanwhile, the owner assessed the problem, checked all the other down spouts around the house, and talked my son through taking the drain pipe down, a neat trick to assess bolt sizes, and how to counter the problem for the future. All the while offering calming comments and assorted helpful hints. I love the fact they use Malarkey shingles that are make in the US. I got 3 roof estimates from other companies. 2 with the same materials and one different stuff. Then my sister recommended this small company because they had just finished her roof. He came over and took a look and said he'd beat any of the estimates by 500 bucks. They arrived the day they said they would, got the job done fast and it looks awesome. No flashy 120 thousand dollar lifted trucks like I see with other companies, just a bunch of hard working dudes and the owner right up there on the roof with the other guys working his butt off.
