The staff took time to explain every step, asked if I had any questions, and gave honest recommendations without making me feel upsold. I started with a HydraFacial, which was amazing and finished with light therapy -- my skin felt so refreshed and glowy afterwards! Then I got Botox (they also offer Dysport). The doctor went over everything beforehand, answered all my questions, and recommended trying Dysport since it's a little more affordable and perfect for a first-timer to see how I like it. I'm super happy with the results and the whole experience. I'll definitely be coming back here whenever I'm in Mexico City! ‍

Traveled to Mexico City and wanted get some Botox while I was there. I found this place on TikTok…read moreso I thought I'd check it out. Scheduled an appointment through WhatsApp. Clearly stated I was going to be scheduling for Botox. When I got to my appointment they told me they didn't have Botox and tried to sell me on dysport (which by the way was the same price as Botox for the same amount when normally dysport is cheaper). They could have communicated that they did not have what I scheduled an appointment for but instead try to sell me on something else.
