I always had a contact number in case something happened and I needed to speak to someone no matter the time or day. The shelter is always clean and the animals are well cared for. I never seen any animal in the shelter that was uncared for. Their adoption form shows you that they care who adopts their animals. The employees are professional, friendly, understanding and caring. Tiffany the manager is the person I've been dealing with for many years and I never had a complaint about her. She's sincere about her job. The manager before her wasn't alway pleasant but she did care for the animals. Beverly the lady that answers the phone has always been professional. I will continue to bring my TNR cats to the shelter. That project is a great help to keep the kitten population down. It's worth the money. I read some negative reviews and just want to say don't always let them influence you.

Where you found the cats? No, no, im not involving her. Im being a good Samaritan. Then some big angry woman comes out, rolls her eyes and says she knows im lying, take the cats back where I found them. Wait, so I can abandon them? Absolutely not. I cant keep them im dropping them off here's my I.D. call the cops if you need to. She said I probably stole the cats, or im trying to hurt them. By bringing them to the shelter!? No, she said I waa shaking and stuttering. I told her I have anxiety and other disorders to which she rolled her eyes and said oh, yeah, I read it on your shirt. My shirt is a joke. I came, i saw, i had anxiety, so i left. Like what was her deal. She said fine, took a copy of my I.D, walked me out and took a photo of my friends license plate. This is awful and I filed multiple complaints. Where is our donation money going? They need to be fired immediately and issue apologies to citizens trying to do the right thing.

I was actually really surprised. One thing I will say is that I wish that their shoes are all in one place because their shoes on top of some of the clothing racks and it's just like a little bit annoying that you have to walk around the whole store to find all the shoes. This place has a lot of clothes so come prepared to look through a lot, but they have a very good array of coats and jacket, denim pants, skirts, button down, shirts, sweaters, and then they have a smaller area with like furniture and home goods. The people here also really friendly. The guy at the cash register was super nice and very humorous so I would definitely come back.

So so with the books. Some interesting furniture and lawn ornaments. I was most impressed when we found a very fashionable sweater with no price tag. When we asked the attendant she pointed out that there was a hole in garment. Thanks for saving me from being disappointed if I had gotten it home before seeing the damage. Easy location with a private lot in the back by the drop off door. I enjoy both giving and taking from this location.
