The thermo-film is thick and great for jerseys while the fashion film is great for your every day HTV needs. Running a (custom) dog apparel business where everything is made to order, it's crucial for me to provide quick turnaround times at competitive costs. I learned everything I know from my previous printer but know there's still so much more to learn. This location offers workshops which can be found on their website (stahls.com). Just type "workshop wednesdays" in the search bar. I just signed up for their "Heat Printing 101: How to Get Started With Your Heat Press - Beginner" class coming up 11/7, and I can't wait! The staff here has always been friendly, warm, and welcoming. They're extremely helpful, informative, and patient. They used to have stock in-house so you could go in and pick up, but now they're moving everything over to online orders only. Limited stock is still available, just call in and ask. Their warhouse is in AZ so On Trac can provide one day shipping for us when required. It's not open to consumers and they do require you sign up as a business before purchasing! Customer service line is always quick and helpful. When I need a certain color right away, I'll go to Michael's and purchase their Siser brand, but it is costly (even with a coupon).
