But if you got on a plan it was only $30 or 45?..it was years ago but they kept charging me twice and then late fee's. I finally just pay them $324.00 and tell them the contract is good now. Please stop charging my card. Well then this $30 open account shows up on my credit. Have no idea why but it's a little sketchy. Just saying.

The contract I signed with the martial arts club for my kid was specific in stating how many…read moremonths, payments, and payment total would be coming out over the course of six months. I agreed to this and payed in full as of 11/15/2017. I contacted the martial arts club months ago stating my kid wouldn't be coming back figuring that once the contract was up there would be no further charges. Affiliated Acceptance went ahead and took it upon themselves to charge my card more than a month after the contract was up and when I spoke to their 'customer service' I received nothing more than a bad attitude from a woman who obviously didn't care. Her only defense was to point to some ambiguously worded statement which was explained to me completely differently by the martial arts club. My only guess is this is done on purpose to milk an extra month's payment out of people who's kids don't take to martial arts. I ended up taking this up with my bank who blocked Affiliated and stated this company has a high rate of fraud.
