The cat groomer, Wende, is amazing! She's so kind and sweet, and she obviously really does love…read morewhat she does. She talked to me for as long as I needed to answer all of my questions and reassure me when we did our initial intake on the phone, and then during the appointment she took amazing and patient care of my Miss Kitty. She also gave her an adorable "report card" at the end and I got a few little goodies as well as a treat for Miss Kitty to take home. And let me tell you, Miss Kitty was in mighty need of a groom. She looked like a tuxedo version of the cat from Pet Semetary and by the time she was done she looked like a completely different cat. She's so much happier and comfortable now and no longer trying to pull her fur out. I'm definitely going to bring her back regularly, and I'm going to bring my other cat along too next time! The place is professional and clean, with great staff. There is a bathroom that is available if you need to use it, a very comfortable bench to sit on if you need to wait, and a working clock in the waiting room. There is parking directly in front of the shop and you can even park right in front of the door itself so you don't have to walk far. Wende went above and beyond for Miss Kitty and I love her for that.
