They sent us videos and pictures daily and my dogs had so much fun with the staff at Puppy Love they treated them like they were family. I also like they have staff on site 24/7 we just picked our dogs up and they were clean and honestly did not act like they missed us at all and were worn out. Arrived to drop them off and they said they didn't have their records, kept shoving her phone in my face to show me she didn't have them in the inbox, rather than just searching her inboxes with their names. I spoke with Jacob on the phone to confirm they received the records (I had not received a reply after 2 days), she called Jacob and he had printed their papers, put them in their client folders and then deleted the emails. I witnessed two daycare dogs fighting and the employee out there just yelling at them and cussing about who was the alpha. I mentioned seeing this and specifying that if my boys are attacked or start a fight that I want them removed, not just yelled at; this direction was taken as isolate my dogs for their entire stay from other dogs. I took screenshots of my conversation with owner about issues I had with their stay and very much the impression the owner of the facility was not taking any responsibility for my dogs' lack of care and trying to gaslight me into thinking I said not to have my dogs interact with other dogs; my boyfriend was with me for drop off and confirmed that is not what I said. I trusted previous reviews and their awards, so I do want to put my experience out their for people to see. I hope my experience was a one off, but It was truly terrible.

Bad to the Bone was incredibly accommodating of our boy's needs and allow you to bring food, toys, etc. that will help your dog feel more at home. I am always a little nervous about leaving my dogs, but I was immediately put at ease when they ran through their questionnaire at drop off. Based on the questions they were asking about my dog's personalities, typical behaviors, routine, etc., I could tell they make sure every dog has as relaxing a stay as possible while away from home. They made sure both my boys were in kennels next to each other, and gave them potty breaks together so they could spend time with one another. They even got a free bath for staying more than 3 nights, and it was so nice to take them home clean! The facility is newly built and is nice, clean, and well cared for. The owners and staff obviously care about the dogs and giving pets a positive experience. My boys even came home with a report card, complete with a picture, with notes about their visit. I'm really glad we have this business in Leavenworth and I'll be a returning customer.
