Debbie was very nice and appeared knowledgeable; however, she was simply dishonest. She took my order and payment for two custom screen doors and promised delivery in three weeks. When I called the next week to have them reverse a double charge, she said the doors were almost done. The delivery date came and went with no doors. When I finally was able to reach her, she checked while I was on the phone and asked if my doors were almost finished. Yes, they were almost finished (again). She promised to have them installed the next day. Came and went. We never received our doors. While I wanted to like this company and Debbie, it is apparent she was just dishonest. Take my advice and skip this company. read more
