Rest assured, you will not have any of these worries when it comes to Maryanne. Maryanne is the owner & groomer of the mutt hutt and does everything possible to insure your dog is not only comfortable , but also leaves with a great big puppy smile. Initially , I was once a petco & petsmart grooming customer. My dog , Rosie - would always come home anxious and exhausted. You could tell something was up , as she would go straight to her bed. My idea is that these larger chains were probably forceful , and almost abusive when it comes to handling her. Regardless, Maryanne is the best. I always recommend her, and am very happy to have found her. (:

I was travelling over 25 miles each way to a groomer who took "difficult dogs" because the groomer I had for my previous rescue dog (who sadly left me for The Bridge) would not take "snippy" dogs. Then, my new veterinarian recommended The Mutt Hutt to me and I am EVER SO GLAD. Colby adores MaryAnne and the feeling is mutual--he is never "snippy" with her and she grooms him so well that he is more handsome than ever. Her fees are reasonable too--we just LOVE MaryAnne!!

My dog is always very relaxed and she always looks great. In my opinion, the prices are very reasonable and it is cheaper than chain dog groomers. I live in Philly but I always wait to bring my dog here! In addition to grooming, there's also a wide selection of treats and toys. There is a lot of birthday related items to choose from for people who like that thing, I know it can be sometimes difficult to find that stuff at regular pet stores. I haven't bought any of the treats yet just because my dog already has enough right now lol.

If you live in the Reading area, there are quite a few pet groomers to choose from. I have myself,…read moresince moving here almost ten years ago, I have brought my pups to a few groomers throughout the area. Finding Oasis Dog Spa was a stoke of luck. I have never been happier with any groomer that I have taken care of my dogs. Over the years I've had several dogs as pets and I'm fully aware of how variable groomers can be. I have never been as satisfied with any groomer as I have been with Karlyotta at Oasis. The true test I think is my dog's reaction to her and it is clear that Winnie (my pup) likes Karlyotta. It is also clear from the way that Karlyotta treats her. When we bring our pets to any groomer, we want to feel that our pets will be safe with her and that the grooming will be taken care of professionally and with great care. Winnie always looks great when finished. Karlyotta is the type of person that cares about her business and is very accommodating to the clients. This week I had mistakenly missed an appointment for Winnie and Karlyotta was able to reschedule her grooming for the following week. I know of few groomers that are so accommodating. I would recommend Karlyotta and Oasis without any reservations whatsoever. Give Oasis a try if you are currently looking for a dog groomer or even if you are not looking. You won't be disappointed.
