So I have to say I am a life long citizen of Columbia, Ky and love to shop local. Over the past…read moreyear or two I would rather go to the dentist than go to this Walmart. Unfortunately, due to price hikes I am stuck with my local Walmart. Don't get me wrong the prices are great, the inventory is well stocked, store is clean. My problem is the staff. Not all the staff there are some that are great, but the ones that aren't make it hard to want to shop there. I am a very opinionated person and it is hard to overlook the employees lacking good or even mediocre customer service. The change in some of the employees that have been there forever is hard to watch. I can see they no longer like their jobs and that the customers get on their nerves. It's just hard to watch this business go down hill the way it has. Maybe management could ask their employees from time to time how to make their jobs more enjoyable.

I had some car stereo work done here on two different vehicles and they both sound great! A few…read moremonths later I blew a speaker in one of the vehicles which was no fault of the shop, so after receiving a replacement speaker from the speaker company which was under warranty, I scheduled an appointment and Justin was happy to replace it for me. I also had one of my vehicles detailed inside/out and it came out looking really nice! The owner has always been friendly and answered any questions I had. I have been happy with all the work he has done so far and I plan to eventually have both vehicles tinted.
