I contacted a few places to inquire about getting our DCS grill serviced. John at Grillmasters was the first to call back. His knowledge of our grill and his friendly easy going responses prompted me to use his service. Chris came out and did the work and was great. Very personable and knew exactly what he was doing. I have had service done on my BBQ before, and these guys are just great. Arrived on-time. Was able to do all the cleaning as well as repairs and adjustments, which is more than many other can do. Also gave advice about parts that needed to be replaced, and that I could get them myself cheaper and that they are easy to install. That was a nice approach. Normally, in my household, the backyard and all of its details are better left to the husband. Yet after asking said husband the date of the last deep cleaning for our BBQ, I didn't waste any time in looking for a company to come out and help us. It had been a long time. Too long. As in over a decade. Yuck. Scheduling was a breeze and the crew (Chris and Chris) were prompt, friendly, and complete rock stars in getting my nasty BBQ looking brand new. Chris even donned a heavy duty apron (think welder's apron) and goggles to grind away at the parts. Their work was impeccable. Chris even came out a day or 2 later to install a part that I needed. My husband, a born skeptic, didn't want to believe me when I told him about the work. Yet once he saw the grill with his own eyes, he was amazed at the transformation. These guys are really good at what they do. I had a BBQ grill that was leaking gas and the previous plumber I hired said it was the grill that was leaking and not the gas line. So I hired Grill Masters to look at the grill and they helped me investigate further and realized the gas was leaking from the pipe under my patio floor within an hour. He showed up with a helper and covered all areas to avoid any mess on the countertop. He told me I needed replacement parts and showed me why.
