We reserved a table for a birthday and we were told 10 minutes after our reservations that our table was given away because we made them hold the table for an hour and a half. Despite remaining patient and respectful, the issues continued throughout our visit. What made the experience even more upsetting was the response from the manager. Instead of helping resolve the situation, the manager was [dismissive, rude, defensive, unprofessional]. At no point did I receive an apology or any effort to correct the issues. This experience was embarrassing, frustrating, and completely unacceptable. I chose your restaurant expecting a certain level of professionalism and customer care, and unfortunately, that expectation was not met. I would appreciate a response from management regarding how this will be addressed and what steps will be taken to ensure this does not happen to other customers.
