The third draft included a paragraph about firearms that were not part of my contract. They forgot to delete that from the template in the previous deal. Charged me $120.00 to read and respond to an email. It took three weeks to get a refund for the unused retainer. Office staff told me the check would be mailed on Monday, 4/6/26 and provided a USPS tracking number. The truth was that the check was not mailed until 4/8/26. Bad business all around.
